Yes we had a fabulous time on our Denali / Columbia / Glacier Bay tour. The trip as a whole was awesome. We loved
seeing the glaciers, scenery, and wildlife in their natural habitat. We really lucked out on the weather, too. It was sunny and warm almost every day we were in Alaska.

The tour was well organized, the staff was wonderful, the exploration leaders were knowledgeable. Our favorite shore excursion by far was the helicopter ride over the glaciers of Juneau up to a summer dog camp, including a dog sled
ride.

This Cruise West tour will not be our last!

We were more than happy with our cruise. The vast wilderness and beauty of Alaska exceeded my expectations and they were pretty high. Cruising right up to Sawyer glacier at the end of Tracy Arm was a highlight as was Glacier Bay National Park.

We saw bears a few times and got to see a black bear with 3 cubs when we were returning on the train from Denali on the train and a brown bear with 3 cubs on the cruise. The cruise is exactly as it promotes itself, small, casual and personal, not big or ritzy or pretentious so it suited us perfectly.

When we spoke to people on the big cruise ships in a few ports they felt they had not seen any wildlife . I am already promoting the benefits of small ship cruising with CruiseWest and will recommend you.

I had a wonderful time. The land portion and the ship cruise were fantastic! All the staff of Cruise West and the Spirit of Columbia were very personable and informative of their surroundings. I learned a lot.

I have attached a few pictures showing my good time, hope you enjoy. All the land tours were great, had a little problem with the Denali School Bus Ride - the driver had a lead foot and travelled too fast so we had trouble spotting animals and did stop long enough for everyone to snap that picture.

Alaska - Celebrity Cruises's Infinity

Hi Jackie,

We thoroughly enjoyed our Alaska Cruise. The Infinity is a beautiful ship, and we were treated like Royalty. The ports we stopped at were picture perfect, and the Hubbard Glacier was the highlight of the whole trip. Our Captain was able to get us to within a 1/2 mile of the glacier -- Spectacular! If anyone tells you that they were closer, then they were on the Titanic.

I have attached a photo for you. It is of us with the Mendenhall Glacier in the background. We are standing just in front of a lake in town. Although it looks like a studio backdrop, Steve's sister Stacy took the photo using a point and shoot digital camera.

Hawaii - Norwegian Cruise Line's Pride of Hawaii

The cruise was great! Hawaii was AMAZING!!

We rode down a 10,000 foot volcano on Maui after watching the sunrise! We snorkeled and my husband got to try scuba. We took surfing lessons and now have a huge respect for surfers!

It was a great trip that we shared with two other couples and we have told many people about it. Hopefully they will take advantage of this great cruise!

For the record the Seven Seas Mariner was "Simply the Best" - more than exceeded our expectations. Our only ever previous "cruise" was a transatlantic crossing on the Queen Mary 2 and she carried fives the number of passengers.

Believe me, I would happily prefer to sail on Regent Seven Seas again.

Hi Jeanne,

We had a great time on our Hawaii cruise. Managed to go on a few shore excursions: the volcanic adventure and scuba diving on the Big Island of Hawaii ,and we also managed some hiking and kayaking on Kauai along with shopping on all the islands.

We loved having dinner at the Italian specialty restaurant on the ship...it was the best, especially the services there, of all the specialty restaurants. We tried all three. I did go a little overboard on the spa services on board the ship, but we
had so much fun and it was soooooo relaxing that it was worth it.

We liked it so much that I went ahead and put down a deposit for two more cruises. One for Danika and her boyfriend and one for my husband and myself. We are not sure when or where we are going but, they told us we have a year to decide and 30 months to actually take the cruise.

The trip was fantastic. Truly what I needed after 14 months in Iraq. Thanks for all your support.

We had a good time. Can't say enough good things. Even the stay in Vancouver which we did on our own worked out good.

The best advice I got was from a neighbor who told me don't buy optional excursions aboard the ship, the locals do a better job. He was right, on the whale watching trip they had 120 piled 4 deep in a boat, we had 40 and all the room we wanted. They were right next to us, that is why know.

We had a wonderful cruise. The Norwegian Pearl was a beautiful ship and the crew really made us feel like family. Everyone had a personality from the captain to the servers. The food was excellent and we even tried one of the specialty restaurants. We totally enjoy the Free Style Cruising and eating whenever we want rather than having fixed dining times. The shows were fun and I especially liked the big production numbers.

As far as feedback, the overall cruise was really fun and very eventful. My favorite excursions were the Haleakala Sunrise bike tour in Maui, Kiluea Volcano hike in Hilo, the Kauai Luau (pretty amazing) and the Waimea canyon bus tour in Kauai, in that order. Wish I had had time for the zip line and Zodiac snorkel tour as well. I guess I need to go back. All were worth the money.

I am writing to say thanks for your assistance with our cruise arrangements and to tell you what a wonderful time we had on our Alaskan cruise.

Alaska is such a beautiful and wonderful place. The trek through the Inside Passage was breathtaking. We sat on our veranda for hours enjoying the beauty and wonder of this amazingly diverse area. We enjoyed each port from the quaintness of Ketchikan to primitive Icy Strait Point. His walk on Mendenhall Glacier mesmerized my son. My wife did lots of shopping in Juneau and aboard the ship. Cruising up to Hubbard Glacier was the most fascinating part of the cruise for me. It is awesome.

We will go back to Alaska soon, probably to Anchorage and points north. I look forward to working with you on that trip.

Eastern Caribbean - Royal Caribbean Cruises's Mariner of the Seas

I can see why you use the tagline of "We Make People Happy". In our case everyone involved in our trip, beginning with our agent Tara, to the wonderful staff of the Mariner of the Seas went above and beyond. This was the best family cruise we have ever taken.

The ship was gorgeous and had so many things to do and see we never even got to some of them. The kids loved the rock climbing wall and I believe the entertainment was the best we have ever seen.

I'm happy to go on record complimenting Cruise Cheap, Royal Caribbean and the entire staff of the Mariner of the Seas. We can't wait to go again.

Our first impression of the ship was WOW! The room service was very prompt, the staff was so nice and there is so much to do on this ship. The Food was good, So, much and so many items to choose from, variety to say the least.

The shows were great, the ice show has always been my favorite but this show is fantastic, I saw it twice! The entertainment was very different, and the talent was the best. The kids said that this will always be their favorite ship and couldn't get enough of the flowrider. It did not feel it was too big or too crowed.

As for the cruise site? What can I say? Customer support was excellent. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work. Thank you so much! I'll definitely recommend you to all my friends!

Our trip with Cruise West was great! We had no problems or issues. We really enjoyed the Spirit Of Yorktown and the small ship experience and were able to go to places that the big ships can't navigate. We loved the casualness of the ship including no locks on the staterooms, no dress requirements, no assigned seating, etc. The accommodations, crew, service, food, lectures, etc. were wonderful.

We had great weather everywhere with no rain or real cold conditions. Our fellow passengers were mostly those who didn't care for the big ships and groaned when at ports when 4 to 6 big ships were present.

Our land portion of the trip (Anchorage to Fairbanks) was very good also. Again, we had good weather and great views in Denali National Park. We didn't sign on for many extra trips since there were always included trips at all stops.

The trip was wonderful. The Cruise West staff were outstanding. True to its advertising promise, the ship's captain would steer the ship closer to whale pods and seal rookeries so that we could get better views of them and as close as was safely possible to glaciers such that we were able to experience a number of calvings.

We came back on safely. Overall the trip is great. Kids had a lot of fun. They did parasailing, Snorkeling and horse riding and of course hand a great time on the beach.

Our dining service is great as you can see in the picture the kids had a good time with the waitress and waiter. I attached some pictures for you to see.

This is commend Arlene Brokaw for her caring help in guiding us throught the processes for our Alaska Cruise, May 18, 2007 on Royal Caribbean Radiance of the Seas. She first walked us through the process of getting cabins and dining times, etc-even helping me with the process of getting Crown and Anchor membership-which she pointed out is important since this is our second cruise on Royal Caribbean.

She guided me through the process of getting from our plane in Seattle to the bus taking us to the ship and suggesting hotels in Fairbanks so we could stay a day to see that city before getting on our flight hom

What I am telling you is what a comfort it is having someone who is always there-over a nearly 2-month period-and who was knowledgeable and efficient in representing you, helping us. I am now retired, but when I had my business, she is the type employee I would look for.

So nice of you to inquire about our vacation. We had an absolutely fabulous time! We have been on many cruises but this was, by far, our best. The Oosterdam was very well maintained, staff very helpful and no unpleasant "surprises" at all. Best of all, the ship was not too large and that made a huge difference in the quality of service throughout the voyage. We met great people and had wonderful meals.

We loved the "open seating" for dinner, dining when it was convenient for us. If we wanted to squeeze in a nap, we didn't have to worry that we would be late for our dinner hour.
